Scrum Master (M/F/d):

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Scrum Master (M/F/d) in the newly established Data, BI & Analytics division, you will work with a highperforming, crossfunctional team and create an environment characterized by trust and commitment
In this role, you will be responsible for developing Scrum teams in a selforganized manner and helping them understand and implement the Scrum methodology
In doing so, you will promote an agile way of working, ensure compliance with Scrum principles and processes, and work closely with other teams and stakeholders
You will be in regular contact with organizational management and project leads
They advise and mentor the Product Owners, they sharpen the role profiles and bring together the required business units and moderate the process
Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in your area, you drive continuous improvement also on an organizational level
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You are always interested in learning and developing beyond your usual areas of expertise
You have basic knowledge of software development and are willing to familiarize yourself with business processes
You are a strong communicator and team player
You are used to working independently and enjoy working in international and multidisciplinary teams
Due to your very good English and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently on all levels
