    Was erwartet dich?

    • Du führst vier Engineering Teams, stellst deren Erfolg sicher und du bist als Teil des Leaderships für die Gestaltung unseres Unternehmens und unserer Engineering-Kultur verantwortlich
    • Du arbeitest eng mit Plattform-Stakeholdern zusammen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und in eine Plattform-Vision sowie -Roadmap zu übersetzen – unter Berücksichtigung unserer Unternehmensziele und moderner Plattform-Paradigmen
    • Du verantwortest zentrale Plattform-Initiativen, wie den Aufbau von SRE, und bringst sie erfolgreich zum Abschluss
    • Du bist für Mentoring, Coaching und Unterstützung deiner Mitarbeitenden in ihrer persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung zuständig
    • Du führst Leistungsbewertungen durch und gibst konstruktives Feedback
    • Du arbeitest mit unserem Recruitment zusammen, um Top-Talente zu gewinnen und zu halten

    Was solltest du mitbringen?

    • Du hast mind. 2-3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung als Plattform-Engineer (m/w/d)
    • Du hast erfolgreich Teams aufgebaut und geleitet, welche hochverfügbare und verteilte Anwendungen entwickelt und betrieben haben
    • Du hast Plattformen als Produkte für interne Kund:innen aufgebaut und entsprechende Erfahrungen zu den dafür notwendigen Produktentwicklungs-Paradigmen
    • Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend auf Englisch und Deutsch – in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
    • Du fühlst dich in einem sich schnell verändernden, schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl
    • Du hast im Idealfall bereits mit Paradigmen wie DORA4, DevEx, Team Topologies gearbeitet und Erfahrung mit ISOJetzt bewerben, PCI-DSS, Kritis
