- Mit deiner fachlichen Expertise führst du das Team im Bereich Knowledge Management an.
- Dabei übernimmst du die Steuerung des Teams, kümmerst dich um die allgemeine Einsatzplanung und sicherst die Einhaltung von Terminabsprachen oder vereinbarten Fristen.
- Des Weiteren bist du verantwortlich für das Erfassen, Analysieren, Qualifizieren und Bereitstellen von Wissensartikeln und KRs.
- In deiner Position behältst du alles im Blick: Dazu gehört u.a. die Ausarbeitung von Schulungskonzepten für den Wissenstransfer-Prozess, das fachliche Dokumentenmanagement und die Aufarbeitung von Fachwissen nach Vorgabe des Enterprise Delivery Managements.
- Die Teamleiterfunktion ist deine Zusatzrolle für einen Mitarbeitenden im Dispatch und zeitlich auf den Kundenvertrag oder -einsatz befristet. Dabei beansprucht die Teamleitertätigkeit etwa 50% deiner Arbeitszeit, während du die anderen 50% im Tagesgeschäft mitwirkst.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Service Knowledge Management Systemen (SKMS), idealerweise im Konzernkundenbereich
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Ticketsystemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
