We're searching for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting user-centric designs and interfaces. If you excel in transforming complex technical processes into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing experiences, NeoBIM is your ideal destination

Tasks

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Conducting user research and usability testing to continually refine and improve our products.
Developing wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs for various digital platforms.
Ensuring consistency in design across all products and platforms, aligning with NeoBIM's brand and design standards.
Staying abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, particularly as they relate to the AEC industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with exposure to the AEC industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of usercentered design principles.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Familiarity with BIM processes and the unique challenges faced by AEC professionals.
