Duties:

Provides direct management oversight of unit-supported contracts to include, but not limited to, USAFE?based A&AS contracts and the Distributed Common Ground System Mission Support and Maintenance Personnel (DMSMP) contract
:

Manages Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) and Analytical Support Status Accreditation (ASSA) for 693 ISRG and other supported organizations

Manages Commander's Programs for the Group and subordinate units

Performs functions to assist Mission Support processes.

Qualifications:


  • In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Position.
    This is a GG11 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG11 duties for the "Clerical and Administrative Support Position" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS11 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.

Required Experience:


Your resume must reflect quality level experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position.

Quality experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.

Examples of creditable experience include Knowledge of Air Force and other federal contracts, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), surveillance standards, evaluation process, and reporting procedures.

Knowledge of contracting principles, laws, statutes, Executive Orders, regulations, and procedures applicable to actions sufficient to administer data and management contracts for a variety of specialized equipment and services including equipment acquisition, hardware and software maintenance, and systems integration.


Note:

Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

D. or equivalent doctoral degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

  • 1. Knowledge of the organizational and functional responsibilities and operations of an organization.
  • 2. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
  • 3. Knowledge of security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information in a complex security Environment.
  • 4. Skill in factfinding, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.
  • 5. Ability to gather, analyze and present facts, communicate effectively, using tact and courtesy and possess the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • 6. Ability to plan and organize management programs and functions of an organization

Conditions of Employment Continued:


  • Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
