- Analyse von finanziellen und wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Daten sowie Erstellung und Optimierung von Standard-Reports und Analyseplattformen
- Koordination und Steuerung von Planungsaktivitäten, monatlichen Berichten oder Forecast-Aussagen
- Initiierung und Durchsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Werkleitung
- phasenweise Leitung von kleineren Teilprojekten sowie Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse an die Werkleitung und an das Management
- Abstimmung und Umsetzung von finanziellen Zielvorgaben mit den beteiligten Verantwortlichen
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder als Betriebswirt, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzwesen oder als Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbar (m/w/d)
- erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Finanzwesen, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Datenaufbereitung- und analyse sowie im Kennzahlenreporting
- Erfahrung mit den Programmen Lookerstudio, Skywise oder Qilk wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Lean Management
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- gute IT-Kenntnisse, z.B.: MS-Office, Python, SAP
- selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- hohes Maß an Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
