About the Job


This is an exciting and unique opportunity within our Product Management team based in Stuttgart, Germany working in an international environment.

smart Europe is looking for a UI/UX testing professional is who passionate about vehicle connectivity, vehicle infotainment, mobile apps, OTA and ultimately the end user experience.


Your responsibilities

  • You will be trusted to plan and prepare testing activities according to vehicle & Mobile App software release plan
  • You are responsible for executing testing on regular basis
  • You will produce testing reports with clear description of testing results, findings and other content which were predefined in testing report template
  • You will work with HQ R&D, EU product owners and other stakeholders to analyse testing results and define followup items
  • You'll be able to track testing results and mitigation status and present testing status on regular meetings
  • You will support on continuous optimization of testing process, derive connectivity features optimization requirements
  • You will contribute to competitor benchmarking for connectivity features and support benchmarking reporting

What you bring along

  • You have a university degree in Tech, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable degree
  • You bring 1+ years of relevant working experience in OEM or a software company related to vehicle software
  • You bring 1+ year of existing experience in vehicle connectivity, including in car infotainment, overtheair update, vehicle backend, Mobile App, option ondemand
  • You bring experience in managing and monitoring product defects from preparing and executing test cases to coordinating and clarifying test results
  • You bring good understanding of software/engineering testing and defect management
  • You work well with diverse stakeholders/business partners and team members i.e Europe and China
  • You bring fluent written and oral command communication skills in English (Chinese /German is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle Electrical Engineering and software development is a plus
