Your mission:

Be mentored by our Campaign Manager and Onboarded by our Social Media and Content Management team member (who are operating for other markets)
Be the "owner" and Manage Social Media campaigns of our German Instagram account
Work alongside our campaign manager to implement our marketing strategies and campaigns by creating daily Social Media content
Use basic editing tool to create graphic content for our instagram stories and instagram posts
Create both photo and videos according to our marketing campaigns and product launches
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, highquality content
Administrate our marketing campaigns on Instagram reporting results and KPIs
Support in the creation of catchy and engaging written content for our campaigns
Support the team managing our community on Instagram
Support our CRM manager, PM manager and Shop Manager with content creation

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree and/or professional experience in communications, marketing and graphics or a related field
You speak German (at native level) and English (fluently) is a plus
Creativity and ability to create content seamlessly
Comfortable in showing yourself in photo/videos for our content
Very good copy skills: you love telling stories and writing catchy captions
Passion for beauty: staying up to date with the industry trends
Great work ethic; able to work independently on a project but also collaborate with the team when asked to
Knowledge of photo and video editing tools

For example:
Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

Resultsoriented and strong communication skills
