- Lead the implementation, design and analysis of compensation policies and processes, including but not limited to salary reviews, bonus calculation, incentive plans and benefits
- Keeping Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures up to date to ensure that they are in line with country laws and Group policies
- Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the company's performance, efficiency or financial status
- Keeping track of internal and external benchmarks to remain competitive
- Support the implementation of the international mobility program
- You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits – preferably in an international environment
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology
- You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English, German is considered as a plus
- You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs
- You are a team player, show initiative and want to contribute ideas
- You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in an international group with subsidiaries around the world
