- Align with the European General Manager and Vice President of Human Resources to develop strategies related to talent acquisition and retention;
- Develop and improve company programs for various HR matters such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance, talent development, training, and employee management;
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs, develop and implement best practices for recruiting and talent management across the EU region;
- Ensure that the company comply with applicable labor laws and related regulations in Germany and other EU countries, includes adapting policies to ensure compliance;
- Develop and manage the HR team across the region. Provide leadership and drive
- Improvements to various processes within HR and internal company policies;
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related field;
- Strong local recruitment experience in Europe is a must;
- More than 5-years of related experience, with 3-5 years of successful leadership experience or equivalent successful combination of education and experience;
- Solid expertise in German labor law and employment practice. Basic knowledge of labor law in other EU countries is preferred, but not required;
- Perfect organizational and time management skills;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communications skills in English, Germany, another European language will be a plus.

Roles Background:
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to be responsible for our European business unit. The regional senior HRBP must be an experienced professional with a deep understanding of all matters related to the HR department. You should be able to manage projects and lead employees, as well as have a strong strategic mindset.
Your responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies, determining annual and quarterly hiring plans, and designing employee compensation and benefit plans. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of local labor regulations, be comfortable in a cross-cultural company environment atmosphere, and have experience with human resource management tools, to ensure that all HR operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.
Ultimately, you will ensure that we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand.
