Product Owner Billing - Frankfurt, Vienna or Remote.

The Product Owner Billing will be reporting to Head of SW Development & Application Management in Frankfurt and will be part of a network of IT experts in Germany, Vienna/Austria and other locations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Your next challenge:

CHANGE – Support Digital Transformation Projects:

• Own development roadmap of the application supporting various projects
• Own business processes in billing area
• Work in projects supporting business analysis and design as well as delivery
• Active demand management as partner of business and application managers plus the enterprise solution architect
• Guide through platform migration from Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) to SAP / Zuora

CHANGE – Manage development, test and release of changes:

• Control external development
• Plan, coordinate & conduct tests of changes
• Manage change roadmap incl. synchronizing with scrum sprint cycles of other applications with respective dependency management
• Manage release plans

RUN – Monitor and manage daily application operation:

• Incident and problem management
• Daily monitoring of technical and process KPIs around the application
• Manage interfaces to other systems incl. troubleshooting

Technical Skills:

• Professional education or BSc in computer science or comparable subject.
• Job experience 3-5 Years in application management, product-ownership or development/administration.
• Basic knowledge of database management, e.g. SQL
• Basic experience in project work, preferably in international context
• Fluent English and German (at least B2 or higher).

Optional:

• Knowledge in current trends and methodologies of application management (e.g. DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, ITILv3 etc.).
• Experience IT-Service management- and collaboration tools (ideally Atlassian stack: Jira & Confluence).
• Good knowledge of interface technologies (Batch-file, database, SOAP/REST etc.).
