We are expanding the HRBP team for DACH and looking for an experienced (Senior) HR Business Partner for Germany to complete the team.

We are a team of highly engaged and dedicated HR professionals.

On our day today, we consult with business leaders and HR team colleagues to implement the HR strategic agenda and build the right talent, culture and leadership.

You will be a trusted and valued HR partner supporting the culture and commercial transformation the organization and business are currently going through while delivering on our ambitious people agenda and the core HR activities.


Some of your key responsibilities are:

  • Build and establish a modern HR Business Partner approach for our fast growing organisation
  • Build strong relationships with the the leaders & their teams in your respective business area and closely collaborate with them
  • Facilitate and drive the HR processes of the annual wheel with the leaders
  • Cooperate closely with the global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure we are hiring the right talents for our current and future organization
  • Guide and support leaders in managing organisational change processes
  • Be a strong sparrings partner for the German works council on all matters for your business area including negotiating of works council agreements
  • Be part of implementing the new HR strategy in the business
  • As our business is across Germany some travelling must be expected

Qualifications:


Qualifications:

You will contribute with skills, ambitions and that little personal twist that makes us succeed:

  • You will have strong business acumen and the ability to balance the advice given in a pragmatic and business-relevant manner
  • You are experienced in adhering to the HR strategy, processes and practices, such as people matters, reward and recognition, team building, leadership & people development
  • You have a strong track record in working with senior leaders eye to eye
  • You enjoy accompanying change and you bring a strong experience to do so
  • You have a strong expertise in German labour law and in cooperating with the works council
  • Strong German and English language skills

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Strong academic background
  • Relevant and solid experience as a modern HRBP from an international organization
  • Experience in specific HR tasks such as TA, performance management, remuneration & compensation, succession planning, training and leader sparring
  • Experience within driving change, transformations and ensuring a motivated and engaged organization combined with the ability to work independently as well as being a teamplayer
  • Experience in driving results and deliver business solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders where it comes naturally to you to build relations on all levels in the organisation and by heart like working with and through people
