- Definition und Umsetzung der regionalen, deutschlandübergreifenden TR Strategie sowie Ableitung von lokalen best practice Prozessen
- Durchführung von Vergütungsbenchmarks und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen um Fresenius Medical Care als Top Employer unserer Branche zu etablieren
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der jährlichen Gehaltserhöhungs- und Bonusprozesse inkl. der zielgruppenorientierten Kommunikation an unsere internen Stakeholder
- Durchführung von Stellenbewertungen (nach Mercer IPE) bzw. Einstufung auf Basis unserer Global Job Architecture
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren HR Businesspartnern und Managern, um wettbewerbsfähige und faire Vergütungspakete für Neueinstellungen und Beförderungen auf lokaler Ebene in Deutschland zu erstellen
- Bereitstellen interner und externer Benchmarks sowie Aufbereitung von KPIs, Statistiken und Reports
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie Vorbereitung von Comp&Ben relevanten Unterlagen und Informationen
- Projektleitung bzw. Mitarbeit bei unterschiedlichen strategischen Total Rewards Projekten (z.B. Pay equity, Einführung Workday Advanced Compensation, Global Job Architecture)
- Teilnahme an Deutschland spezifischen Surveys (z.B. Car Survey, Benefits Survey)
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mindestens 10 Jahre einschlägige Compensation&Benefits Erfahrung in einem multinationalen Konzern
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von komplexen, strategischen Projekten (z.B. Digitalisierung von Compensation&Benefits Prozessen)
- Serviceorientierte, dynamische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
- Effektiv kommunizieren: Durch flexible, gezielte Ansprache auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Gruppen eingehen.
- Fachwissen im Bereich Jobgrading, Benchmarking, Benefits, deutsches Tarifrecht, deutsches Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen ein Plus
