    Ziel der Funktion:

    In unserer neu geschaffenen Abteilung "Operational Excellence Deutschland" übernehmen Sie als Compensation & Benefits Experte gemeinsam mit ihren KollegInnen die operative Verantwortung aller Compensation & Benefits Prozesse für die rund 8,000 MitarbeiterInnen in Deutschland.

    Aufgaben:

  • Definition und Umsetzung der regionalen, deutschlandübergreifenden TR Strategie sowie Ableitung von lokalen best practice Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Vergütungsbenchmarks und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen um Fresenius Medical Care als Top Employer unserer Branche zu etablieren
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der jährlichen Gehaltserhöhungs- und Bonusprozesse inkl. der zielgruppenorientierten Kommunikation an unsere internen Stakeholder
  • Durchführung von Stellenbewertungen (nach Mercer IPE) bzw. Einstufung auf Basis unserer Global Job Architecture
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren HR Businesspartnern und Managern, um wettbewerbsfähige und faire Vergütungspakete für Neueinstellungen und Beförderungen auf lokaler Ebene in Deutschland zu erstellen
  • Bereitstellen interner und externer Benchmarks sowie Aufbereitung von KPIs, Statistiken und Reports
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie Vorbereitung von Comp&Ben relevanten Unterlagen und Informationen
  • Projektleitung bzw. Mitarbeit bei unterschiedlichen strategischen Total Rewards Projekten (z.B. Pay equity, Einführung Workday Advanced Compensation, Global Job Architecture)
  • Teilnahme an Deutschland spezifischen Surveys (z.B. Car Survey, Benefits Survey)
  • Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre einschlägige Compensation&Benefits Erfahrung in einem multinationalen Konzern
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von komplexen, strategischen Projekten (z.B. Digitalisierung von Compensation&Benefits Prozessen)
  • Serviceorientierte, dynamische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
  • Effektiv kommunizieren: Durch flexible, gezielte Ansprache auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Gruppen eingehen.
  • Fachwissen im Bereich Jobgrading, Benchmarking, Benefits, deutsches Tarifrecht, deutsches Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen ein Plus
  • Verstehen und Anwenden moderner Kommunikationssoftware und -systeme
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Loga, SAP, Intranet etc.)
  • Workday-Anwenderkenntnisse
