Position overview:Become part of our global team as a working student and to help us in the analysis, identification or implementation of digital solutions for a specific manufacturing problems or challenges.

Together, you will help our 35 global sites make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals Our Working student program offers eligible undergraduate students first-hand digital manufacturing experience with allnex.

Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with the software and automation maturity supporting our production and warehouse operations;
Assisting the digital product manager in preparing and executing the global rollout of our unique digital batch card and digital warehouse solutions;
Learn and assist in implementing stateoftheart digital adoption tooling for our operators;
Assist in the onsite implementation when possible;
Help with internal communications of digital operations initiatives by creating promotional materials (e.g. writeups, digital posters, info videos).

Required skills and experience:

Undergraduate/master degree in chemical engineering, business administration, software engineering, computer science, information technology or another related field degree OR student in last year of studies;
Fluent in English (CV and cover letter in English required);
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English; ability to communicate effectively in the local language is a plus;
Have a growth mindset and is eager to learn;
Is able to work and communicate crossculturally;
Technologysavvy and innovate thinker;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
