VIE PMO for 12 months.

Your challenges?

You will support the Product Group Launch Projects and Project Director with multiple Projects missions (data analysis, review with project managers, reporting, audit preparation, continuous improvement process of project management tools, etc.)
You will contribute to the deployment of the Projects methodologies on PG level
You will by delegation, prepare, organize and record the PG reviews
You will by delegation, prepare, organize and support Project Methodology trainings, support projects tools use and deployment
You will create data studios
You will update of monthly reporting
You will prepare and create surveys

Let's talk about you

You are graduated from a engineering or master degree
You master google sheet and data studio
You have financial skills on development costs, product costs and manufacturing costs
You have development standards knowledge (V cycle)
You have personal skills to coach and manager peers
You have a fluent level of English
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are openminded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
