- Sektorübergreifende Umsetzung multinationaler Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams für unsere Kund:innen aus Mittelstand und Industrie sowie für führende Finanzinvestor:innen und den öffentlichen Sektor
- Beratung unserer Kund:innen bei der Strukturierung, Analyse und Umsetzung von komplexen finanzwirtschaftlichen Sachverhalten, Konzepten und Modellen als Grundlage für wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen
- Erarbeitung von Handlungsoptionen in strategischen und operativen Entscheidungsfindungsprozessen unter Zuhilfenahme multidimensionaler Finanzmodelle und Data-Analytics-Lösungen, u. a. im Kontext von Unternehmenstransaktionen, Restrukturierungen oder Wirtschaftlichkeitsbeurteilungen
- Durchführung und Review von Unternehmensbewertungen, Kaufpreisallokationen, Impairment Tests oder der Bewertung immaterieller Vermögenswerte
- Verantwortung für Projektfortschritte und als Senior Consultant auch fachliche Führung von Teammitgliedern sowie Mitarbeit auch in anderen Bereichen von Strategy and Transactions
- Als Senior Consultant mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Finance, Strategy, Economics, Digital Transformation, Statistics, Analytics oder Financial Modeling
- Hervorragend abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Corporate Finance und Accounting, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder -mathematik
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in Office 365, kombiniert mit Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Visualisierungstools (bspw. Power BI), Cloud-/Datenbanklösungen (bspw. MS Azure, SQL) und idealerweise R/Python/Alteryx für datengestützte Analysen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer:in mit Engagement, gewinnendem Auftreten und hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
