- Experience in analysing flexible power assets in Europe such as energy storage systems (batteries, compressed-air, liquid-air, pumped storage hydro etc.) or demand side response.
- Experience in commercial structures for flexible power generation assets, assessing routes to market and designing business models in energy markets is a plus
- Particular experience with flexibility markets in Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland or Scandinavian power markets is a plus
- Analytical skills applied to wholesale electricity market fundamentals, and market modelling
- The ability to take ownership and contribute to the delivery of results in client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a track record of effective teamwork
- The ability to manage projects day-to-day and oversee inputs/outputs from the modelling team
- Languages: German, or another Northern European language , French, Dutch, Polish etc., plus English
