Beschreibung

As a true business partner to our leaders, you will be tasked with providing strategic input, insight and advice on the people pillars and the impacts that our people have on the success of our site.

You will have a detailed understanding of the objectives of the business across your site and the key metrics and KPIs driving the success of the site and delivery to our customers.

You will tackle existing and potential future challenges.


What You'll Do

  • Partner with Senior Leadership at the site on strategic planning and provide guidance on development plans, turnover challenges understanding the "why" behind people leaving and hiring trends.
  • Provide expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and employees on talent programs, policy and procedures, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational development while effectively mitigating business and company risk.
  • Super user of data in our HRIS systems to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations to stakeholders and crossfunctional partners to develop solutions that improve business results
- claims, complaints, engagement, turnover, attendance, leaves, productivity metrics with an eye to improving the overall health of our sites.

  • Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives at your site in conjunction with site leaders
- assess impact of all programs and events and maintain an independent workforce.

  • Lead complex employee relation investigations including harassment and ethics complaints, working with leaders to resolve issues
  • Work crossfunctionally to drive department specific projects and initiatives.
  • Lead, develop and manage the local HR team.
  • Drive the site specific Talent strategy based on above and based on our need to

What You'll Need

  • Multiple years of experience in a dedicated HR Management role, ideally in a distribution or manufacturing organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
  • Experience partnering with Senior Leaders
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, manipulate data as it relates to the HR function
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and complex environment
  • Superb customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with employees, managers and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong indepth knowledge of German employment law
  • Proven track record of handling works councils in a shop floor environment
  • Excellent German and English language skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
