    What to expect:

    • Focus on the accounting of financial instruments according to HGB and IFRS, providing strong support
    • Handle tasks such as accounting preparation, ongoing reporting, result determination, analysis, and addressing accounting issues with great attention to detail
    • Contribute to implementing the relevant requirements for accounting processes
    • Assist in ensuring HGB and IFRS compliant processes in our IT systems
    • Utilize your expertise in diverse projects involving accounting and actively participate in the 'New Product Process'

    What we are looking for:

    • Completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting or related fields -- welcome as well: disciplines like Physics or Mathematics
    • Alternatively, a successful completion of a banking course or training as an accountant with initial work experience
    • Familiarity with HGB and IFRS accounting
    • A plus, not mandatory: Knowledge of banking products and some experience in bank accounting or auditing
    • Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working with modern accounting software
    • Proactiveness, teamwork, and effective communication skills
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
