Summary Statement:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Management of HR personnel processes to achieve the goals of the departments to be supported
HR requirements planning and coverage as well as analysis of HR key figures
Steering of change processes and codesign of an attractive corporate culture
Implementation of HR tools & processes incl. consulting and training
Coordination and negotiation with stakeholders incl. conclusion of company agreements; ensuring compliance with codetermination rights and legal requirements
Interface management within HR between the different teams to ensure smooth, serviceoriented and needsbased processes
Accompaniment of recruitment processes and preparation of contract offers

Profile:

Master's degree in business administration or comparable degree with a focus on HR as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Comprehensive generalist HR knowledge
Indepth knowledge of labor and works constitution law and experience in dealing with stakeholders
Very good knowledge of German and English
Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working as well as analytical thinking
Strong communication and consulting skills combined with empathy and service orientation
