Purpose of the Job:


Key Accountabilities:


  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Portfolio management for IVM in coordination with PM or second PB
  • Proactive customer advice for consulting mandates based on the recommendation lists
  • Development / management of the consulting portfolio in direct coordination with the customer
  • Comprehensive advice
  • Implementation and maintenance of the change measures of the Everest program
  • The private banker acts mainly as a "relationship manager" in a customer relationship
  • In addition to advising existing customers, the acquisition of new customers is his most important task
  • Holistic and proactive advice and support for wealthy private customers > T€ 500 based on the services and products recommended by the bank
  • Customer advice for consulting mandates based on the recommendation lists
  • Portfolio management for IVM in coordination with PM or second PB
  • Development / management of consulting portfolios in direct coordination with the customer
  • Use of wealth navigator, liquidity and strategic wealth planning
  • Use of the entire range of services offered by MF (asset management, asset advice, credit business and financing advice, real estate advice, renewable energies, investment offers, insurance) with the involvement and cooperation of the relevant specialists
  • Accompaniment of potential customers and development to target customers with AuM at MF > T€ 500 within one year
  • Advice and new acquisition of profitable administrative and advisory mandates for the bank according to personal target agreements
  • Yield according to personal target agreement
  • Documentation of the customer relationship, customer contacts and activities in the CRM system in accordance with legal and bankspecific requirements as well as cooperation in customerspecific controlling activities
  • Monitoring/checking the customer documents available to the bank for accuracy, completeness and timeliness (in cooperation with the assistant)
  • Observation of or further training in the classic asset classes (law, tax, markets, etc.)
  • Condition competence according to "operative competences"

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Apprenticeship as a bank clerk
  • Degree in economics or similar would be an advantage
  • Professional experience in upscale private customer business
  • Additional qualification CFP or similar is an advantage
