Dann bist Du bei uns richtig In einem Praktikum bei The Oater bekommst du einen 360° Blick in ein stark wachsendes Start-Up und erhältst von Tag 1 Verantwortung für zentrale Projekte in unserem R&D Team im Bereich Produktentwicklung und Zertifizierung.

Tasks
Nach deinem Einführungstag wirst Du Mitverantwortlicher für die Wartung, QS, Montage und Fertigung unserer Hafermilch-Maschine. Von Tag 1 übernimmst Du Verantwortung für immer mehr Bereiche in der Produktentwicklung. Deine konkreten Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:
Zunächst wirst Du intensiv von unserem R&D-Team in den aktuellen Stand eingebarbeitet. Wir stehen jederzeit für Deine Fragen Rede und Antwort. Wir besprechen gemeinsam Deine Ergebnisse und du wirst ein essentieller Teil unserer Produktentwicklung.
Du bist unser ProjektleiterIn - intern und extern. Wenngleich Du die volle Verantwortung für Dein Projekt trägst, bist Du niemals alleine. Über die gesamte Dauer steht Dir ein erfahrener SparringspartnerIn zur Seite. Mit ihm iterierst Du laufend Dein Vorgehen und erhältst wertvolles Feedback.
