Beschreibung

Jimdo was founded in 2007 with the mission to unleash the power of small business owners and help them thrive.

Our founders realised that small businesses are the backbone of the global economy but are far less catered to than larger businesses.

Jimdo set out to help these organisations by offering a wide range of tools to help boost online and digital presence.

We are available in 6 different languages today, and helped build over 15 million websites, ranging from online stores, blogs, business websites, and more.

We are about 250 people strong today, with a multinational team, but with a strong anchor in the DACH region.

It's an exciting time, as we are about to launch several new products to support the micro-businesses of the world; tools such as Compliance services, CRM systems, and many others that will help transform the way we support our customers.

This is why we want to work with some of the best and brightest to help us make a difference to small and micro-businesses.

The Role
To ignite continuous growth, Jimdo has identified a new avenue of products focusing on the Micro-business segment.

Our marketing department is at the forefront of this process, helping the business target and identify the best ways of reaching our customers.

As part of this, we are looking to bring on board a Performance Marketing Lead to direct all our performance marketing efforts.

As our new Performance Marketing Lead, you and your team would develop and implement the digital performance strategy across all channels.

In doing so, you would drive the company KPIs, such as Users and MRR growth and improvements to ARPU, LTV and retention while optimizing CAC.

You would be supporting us in a building sophisticated performance marketing function, capable of tracking how customers move through our performance marketing channels across all touch points.

You would then optimise our media mix accordingly, identifying in real-time what the optimal mix of marketing channels is at that moment as our audience and demand change.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you would inherit a team of four made up of full-time employees and contractors, with scope to expand this team as we explore additional marketing channels.

Location

Jimdo is a global company and we are proud to work with people of 50+ nationalities that are working from 19 countries.

We are happy to continue our journey and broaden the geographics of presence. We are happy to invite you to work from any location where you are eligible to work from. All the local labor regulations will be applied (local currency, taxation, contractual terms, public holidays, etc.).

Wherever your working location will be, we will make sure you get proper onboarding and that you are fully equipped to become part of the team from day one.
