SAXOPRINT is one of the leading online printing companies in Europe.

We offer a wide selection of printed products ranging from classic print products such as business cards, flyers, and catalogues to banners, signs, flags, and promotional products.

From our International Service Department located in Berlin, we look after our International customers in the U.K., France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland.

We aim to deliver a great service and user experience to all our clients around Europe.

We are currently seeking a bilingual customer care agent with a native level of French and English to complete our dedicated team in Berlin.

The applicant should ideally already be based in Berlin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Being the first point of contact for existing and new international customers and assisting them in the ordering process
Personal assistance and consultation in a customer-oriented manner
Overseeing the accounts of "VIP" and "A" class clients
Documenting the communication on our CRM system

REQUIRED SKILLS
A fluent or native level of French and English
Great communication and customer service skills
Being professional and a team player
EU national or a valid work permit

DESIRED SKILLS
Additional language skills (preferably German, Dutch, Spanish and Italian) are a benefit
Experience in a service-related environment or the printing sector
