- Als Fremdfirmenkoordinator bist Du für die Beauftragung sowie einen sicheren Arbeitsablauf von Dienstleistern verantwortlich und diesen gegenüber weisungsbefugt
- Du verwaltest den Firmenfuhrpark (drei KFZ an zwei Standorten) und bist mitverantwortlich für die notwendige Dokumentation zum Führen eines FFZ
- Du koordinierst die reibungslose Entsorgung unterschiedlicher Abfallfraktionen und bist im stetigen Austausch mit den Entsorgern.
- Du setzt interne, legislative sowie normative Sicherheitsstandards an den zwei Standorten Leinefelde und Beuren um und unterstützt bedarfsweise unser Werk in Oberhausen
- Du sensibilisierst Mitarbeiter aller Positionen auf Gefährdungen, Unfallvermeidung und Umweltthemen durch regelmäßige Schulungen und Begehungen (z.B. im Schichtwechsel)
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie beim Erstellen von Unfallanalysen und verfolgst konsequent entsprechende Korrekturmaßnahmen
- zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören auch wöchentliches, monatliches und quartalsweises Reporting von EHS-Kennzahlen
- Einbringen von Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten des EHS-Managementsystems
- Entwicklung und Mitarbeit bei der Erreichung konzerneigener Umweltziele
- Überwachung der Einhaltung aller umweltrelevanten Vorgaben
- gewissenhafte Vor- und Nachbereitung von internen/externen EHS-Audits
- Durchführen unternehmensinterner Sicherheitsbewertungen (sog. SMATs)
- Strukturierte Ablage aller für das Werk relevanten Unterlagen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen
- Idealerweise ist bereits eine einschlägige Zusatzqualifikation (Sicherheitsbeauftragter, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutzbeauftragter, etc.) vorzuweisen.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Stelle bzw. einer ähnlichen Position im EHS-/FM-Bereich wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von MS Office-Programme
- Erfahrung im Facility Management oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (u.a. BMZ, EMA, RLT, Hallenheizung)
- Sehr hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu Mitarbeitern und Dienstleistern
- Organisationsgeschick sowie strukturiertes Vorgehen
- Ein hohes Maß an Professionalität und Empathie
