- organize and track marketing costs to facilitate alignment between marketing and finance teams
- ensure accurate allocation of expenses to the appropriate cost centers
- collaborate with finance to clarify discrepancies and streamline budgeting processes
- develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into marketing spending and budget performance
- support the marketing leadership team in interpreting financial data to inform decision-making
- 3+ years of business experience, ideally in controlling or budget analysis in a marketing environment
- understanding of finance concepts such as depreciation, amortization, and accruals
- highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build rapport with stakeholders
