**Your area of responsibility**:

- Independently advise the Electrification Business our client on antitrust matters as well as selected operating divisions on the drafting, negotiation, conclusion and execution of contracts (in particular purchase and contract law).
- Your tasks include securing and enforcing our customer's electrification's business legal claims, if necessary before state courts, in arbitration proceedings and vis-à-vis authorities in cooperation with external lawyers, as well as monitoring legal developments.
- You will work in national and international project teams together with in-house colleagues from other countries as well as with colleagues from other departments, such as the tax department, the human resources department and accounting and reporting.
- The guidance of and cooperation with external lawyers and other legal experts round off this responsible task.

**Your background**:

- Legal Counsel (M/F/d) with a focus on antitrust law
- Completed law studies as a fully qualified lawyer (2nd state exam passed).
- Relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or external lawyer, in particular in antitrust law, excellent knowledge of German law.
- Legal practice with a focus on antitrust law would be advantageous.
- Flexibility and team player.
