What we are looking for

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Technical Support Associate. In this role you are responsible for providing quick and competent technical assistance for our remote access software.

You must have a technical understanding and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve our reputation and drive our business forward.

Partner with our customers to effectively resolve technical issues through different communication channels
Develop best practices for recurring problems, together with your team
Collaborate within and outside of your team to support broader business objectives
Support our sales and business development team
Advise the customer about our product taking into account their business requirements
Ensure the absolute satisfaction of our customers

What you bring to the table

Basic Qualifications:

- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

First work experience in a customer contactcentred area
Basic knowledge in at least one operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS)
Fluency in English plus French, Spanish or Italian is mandatory, German is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Problem solving skills, handson mentality, and a positive attitude towards challenges
You are friendly, wellstructured, and analytical. You don't just want to make our customers happy; you want to see them succeed
