What we are looking for

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Art Director to join our team.

Are you a creative mastermind with a passion for graphic design, video editing, and user experience? Are you always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies to elevate your designs to the next level? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We're seeking a talented Art Director with a strong focus on Graphic/ Video/ UX to join our team and take charge of designing and updating our brand and marketing philosophy.

If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional visual design skills, and a knack for making quick decision, we want to hear from you

  • Work with the entire team on a creative audit to drive innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice
  • Conceptualize the campaign vision using original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team
  • Delegate projects to inhouse designers and oversee storyboards
  • Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encouragaging feedback from team members and responding to internal comments and requests
  • Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and distribution for crossorganizational use
What you bring to the table


Basic Qualifications

  • Professional experience in graphic design, including a proven track record in a management role
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and prototyping skills to deliver high quality designs that engage and captivate audiences
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team of creatives and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills to develop creative concepts that align with the brand's objectives and target audience
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering creative and effective visual solutions for digital media
  • Ability to iterate quickly with requirements that may be mínimal and to pitch back ideas at the conceptual design level
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and producing highquality work
  • Well organized personality type with excellent communication skills and a love for dynamism and quick decisionmaking
