What we are looking for


As a Market Developer, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by responding to incoming leads.

Our Market Development Super Stars ensure that our prospects receive fast and qualified advice on our products and enable them to subscribe to our services.

Should a more detailed consultation be required to purchase AnyDesk user subscriptions, the Market Developer will work with their Team Leader, colleagues, and Account Executives to seal the deal Together we create a friendly, encouraging and competitive environment.


  • Sell AnyDesk solutions into the EMEA region, with a focus on English speaking and DACH
  • Manage a high volume of leads coming in via SalesForce/HubSpot, and respond to and them in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with your team to help AnyDesk grow its revenue in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and product knowledge
What you bring to the table


Basic Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a similar sales or customer service role
  • Strong customer focus and ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Relevant work experience in a software or technology company
  • A customer focused attitude with a proactive, friendly and courteous style
  • Direct experience of remote access software a plus
  • Proficient in CRM, Marketing Automation & other communication systems
  • Knowledge of sales methodology (MEDDIC, SPIN or similar)
  • Business fluent communication skills in German and English and other languages such as Polish or Czech
  • A hunter's mindset, a strong desire to succeed, a high level of selfmotivation and the ability to communicate openly and honestly are essential attributes for success
