    Das Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf (UKD) ist das größte Krankenhaus in der Landeshauptstadt und eines der wichtigsten medizinischen Zentren in NRW. Die 9.300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in UKD und Tochterfirmen setzen sich dafür ein, dass jährlich über Patientinnen und Patienten stationär behandelt und ambulant versorgt werden können. Das UKD steht für internationale Spitzenleistungen in Krankenversorgung, Forschung und Lehre, sowie für innovative und sichere Diagnostik, Therapie und Prävention.     Der Vorstand-Ressort-Pflege, Pflegedirektion sucht zum eine/einen

    Mitarbeiterin / Mitarbeiter für das Organisationsmanagement (m/w/d)

    Ihr Aufgabenspektrum:
    • Organisationsmanagement
      • Begleitung/Ansprechpartner für IT
      • Organisationsanpassung und Strukturangleichung im Bereich der Stationen, Ambulanzen und Funktionsbereichen
      • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Struktur- und Prozessinnovationen vor dem Hintergrund ökonomischer und unternehmerischen Zielsetzungen
      • Anleitung und Beratung von Führungskräften der Unternehmensbereiche bei übergeordneten Organisationsveränderungen
    • Projektarbeiten
      • Entwicklung eigener bzw. vorgegebener Projekte im Pflege- und Funktionsdienst nebst dazugehöriger Strukturentwicklung und deren Umsetzung
      • Ergebnisorientierte Betreuung der Projekte
      • Die Projekte unterliegen einer Evaluationsverpflichtung
      • Bericht an den Pflegedirektor als Vorstandsmitglied über den jeweiligen Stand und über die jeweiligen Ergebnisse der Projekte
    • Administrative Abwicklung von sonstigen Aufgaben
    • Büro/- Verwaltungsarbeiten
      • Datensicherung/ -erhebung und Komprimierung der genannten Projekte / Aufgaben
    • Selbstständige Kommunikation von Erfordernissen/Ergebnissen und Arbeitsprozessen im Schnittstellenmanagement mit den Berufsgruppen
    • Selbstständige Kommunikation mit der Pflegedirektion bzgl. aktueller Auswertungen/Abgleich mit der Statistik
    • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
    • Bedarfsbezogene Einbindung in unternehmensinterne Prozessentwicklung (kooperative Art)
    Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
    • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Pflegemanagement/Health Care oder vergleichbares Studium
    • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich und Software-Anwendungen
    • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/ -in, Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/ -in
    • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
    • Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement
    • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
    • Kenntnisse von Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationstechniken
    • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
    • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen
    • Teamgeist
    • Strukturiertes und ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement
    • Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit in verschiedenen Teams
    • Wichtigkeit der Bedeutung für das UKD erkannt
    • Strategisches und visionäres Denken
