- Technical processing of customer complaints/supplier complaints including installation in the IT system
- Interface between internal departments, customers, and suppliers
- Support and advice to the sales department as the central contact for quality issues
- Advising sales staff on technical feasibility
- Support purchasing regarding material application and use
- Carrying out internal audits (system audits, process audits according to VDA 6.3, product audits)
- Leading problem-solving groups
- Moderation of process FMEA
- Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering with a specialty in production technology or similar or technician with several years of professional experience in quality management)
- Affinity to the material steel and steel processing and processing
- Relevant industry experience (steel production/processing, automotive, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English & German knowledge
- User knowledge of MS Office and SAP R3
- Training in quality management (DGQ) is desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Assertiveness, high level of commitment
