Caya sets an end to paperwork. Our mission is to automate administrative tasks for small and medium-sized businesses. Over 20,000 customers already use our SaaS solution as a document cockpit & to digitize their daily mail. Caya is supported by renowned investors and led by an experienced founding team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time UX/UI Designer for web & mobile (30 hrs/week).

You will be our principal product designer & support the product team in creating a seamless user experience within Caya.

You will design UX/UI from inception to implementation. Next to supporting product and tech with designs you can manage and drive your own initiatives independently.

Aufgaben

Create visual designs that align with the company's branding and visual style guides our stack: Figma, Storybook
Lead web & mobile product design efforts, including the creation of wireframes, mockups, prototypes and design specifications
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across our product suite (web & mobile)
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of product designs
Stay up to date with emerging design trends and best practices in the SaaS industry

Qualifikation

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably working in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles for web+mobile and user research methodologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Experienced in creating and maintaining design systems and pattern libraries
Knowledge of frontend development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
German and English working proficiency, as you'll be working with international teams and mostly Germanspeaking customers.
