- Defining a suitable quality management system, implementing it in daily processes and refining existing processes according to EN ISO 9001
- Setting up, controlling, and navigating our Integrated Management System and Quality Management Manual
- Providing support to the individual departments by mapping their processes according to BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Building and improving the functions of quality governance framework as well as quality reporting and analytics
- Advising internal departments and our customers and suppliers on all process quality issues
- Assisting in internal and external quality audits
- You have successfully completed a technical degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable field
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in quality management
- You have gained solid expertise in building quality organizations over the years, so specifying and implementing quality processes as well as applying common quality techniques are easy for you
- You have proven to be analytical along with sound presentation and moderation skills
- You always meet customers at eye level and demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation through your professional, engaging manner
- You have very good German and English skills and excellent communication skills
