Service hotline employee (M/F/d) part-time (25 hours per week) with rotating shift

Your tasks:

Telephone contact point for customers and service technicians
Recording and forwarding of telephone inquiries by means of a ticket system
Supervision of the internal vehicle pool
Conducting the customer satisfaction surveys

Your profile:

Completed commercial training
Good PC skills
Very good knowledge of German
Good command of English
Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
Reliable and independent way of working
Enjoy working in a team
