- Das Vorantreiben von Verbesserungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Lieferzeiten gemeinsam mit dem globalen Leitungsteam Operations gehört zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben
- Sie sind für die Umsetzung der qualitätsrelevanten Verbesserungen aus der aktuellen Unternehmensstrategie zuständig
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung aller MitarbeiterInnen, die mit Aufgaben der operativen Qualität in der gesamten Supplychain am Standort Selb betraut sind
- In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die fachliche Führung des Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen Führungskräften
- Das systematische Steuern der globalen qualitätsrelevanten Aktivitäten mit Hilfe des bestehenden Kennzahlensystems sowie dessen Weiterentwicklung fällt in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium im Bereich der Ingenieurswissenschaften abgeschlossen
- Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Qualitätsmanagement im Anlagen-/Maschinenbau, der Automotivbranche oder anderer hochtechnologisierter Branchen
- Sie kennen sich mit den gängigen Methoden des operativen Qualitätsmanagement aus und bringen idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung mit
- Sie kommunizieren sicher, transparent, motivierend und agieren Lösungsorientiert
- Die Arbeit in interdisziplinären und diversen Teams macht Ihnen Spaß
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab
