YOUR ROLE:

Join our international team that creates and manages learning opportunities for Henkel employees worldwide
Get insights into our cloudbased learning platform and support administration/backend
Prepare and analyze data, reports on learning and development trends
Contribute to ensure that our learning offerings remain stateoftheart
Experience an agile and fun way of working with our IT stakeholders
Collaborate and coordinate tasks with our international colleagues in the shared service center
You will be an important part of our team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives

YOUR SKILLS:

Student who is in the gap year or has successfully completed first semesters of their master's degree
Keen interest in working with digital tools and systems, ideally first experience in working with cloud technologies
Enjoy working with data, ability to understand, interpret and communicate data and reports
Excellent English language skills
Reliable and good selforganization
Handson mentality and ability to work independently
Availability as of May for 6 months
