"The risk analyst supports the risk management practice, which ensures risk is proactively identified, decisioned, communicated and monitored. The primary responsibilities of the risk analyst are to perform assessments of potential risk exposures and prepare actionable risk reporting. In this role, it is critical to foster strong working relationships with leaders in other areas of the enterprise to perform evaluations of the enterprise risk posture and to offer independent advice regarding ways to reduce risk in line with established risk appetites." - our definition of riskmanagement

YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

Support the development of risk management with research and evaluate up to the implementation of new approaches and tools of data collection.
Consolidate information from the group of companies for the collection and continuous updating of our risk inventory
Bring your optimisation approaches into the process and constantly keep a critical eye on potential dangers
Collect data from the departments and create reports in cooperation with the data science experts
Consult on control measures and accompany internal developments and changes in regulations with your current wealth of knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

You are an accredited student (M/F/d) in Germany and have a deep interest and motivation for this job.
Confident handling of spreadsheets (Google Sheets) as well as in the preparation of information (Confluence) and presentations (PowerPoint)
Language skills in spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2/C1)
An analytical and holistic approach, with strong communication skills in gathering and conveying information
Ideally, initial experience in finance or risk management from a comparably sized sector
