    • Your field of activity:

  • Independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
  • Recording and maintenance of all personnel master data
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts and collaboration on annual financial statements
  • Carrying out the legally required notifications
  • Preparation of contracts, contract amendments, references and other personnel-related documents
  • Input, updating and maintenance of employee master data in DATEV PM as well as in the time recording system TimeControl
  • Supervision of company audits
  • Examination of wage tax and social security law issues

    • Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable training as a payroll accountant
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Good knowledge in the use of DATEV LODAS or a similar payroll accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Independent, structured and precise way of working
  • Reliability, loyalty and discretion
  • Willingness for further training
