What You Will Do

Project Manager System Validation for VW/BMW Programs with focus on test automation of Headunit / Telematic systems
Steering and coordination of all system validation work packages during all project phases
Functional management of employees in international teams as well as regular project meetings, reporting and risk management
Monitoring of work progress in terms of effort, quality, content and timeline
Evaluation, analysis and documentation of qualification results for SW Project Management, Program Management and the customer
Creating testing plans and overall test concepts incl. test methods
Set up test automation strategy and monitor/report results of test automation execution
Implementing and ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE requirements
Participating in internal team meetings and external consultations with the customer

What You Need

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field of study
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Automotive software / system validation
First leadership experience
Experience in error management, error tracking and team management
Profound experience in system test methods, processes, and tools
Profound experience in automation techniques and used automation tools at HARMAN
Experience with OEM customers and cooperation with suppliers
Knowledge of processoriented software development
Analytical, communication and presentation skills
Selfreliant work methods and strong team worker
Valid driving license class B
Business fluent in German and English
