We are looking for a Head of Engineering (f/m/d) who is seeking an exciting opportunity.

We are looking for somebody to become a valued technical leader in an autonomous agile product engineering department within the technology function at Clariness.

Tasks

Shape the technical vision for our ClinLife platforms with the team including highimpact architectural decisions.
Lead and support different engineering teams that comprise the building blocks of our ClinLife platforms, including integrations with a "DevSecOps" mindset.
Work with product management in crafting a product strategy, representing as the voice of the engineering to ensure the teams deliver value in a continuous and lean way.
Discover & validate new opportunities to constantly update our technology stack.
Maintain senior stakeholder relationships across the company to ensure our customer needs are surfaced and prioritized.
Enable learning and knowledge sharing across the organization, leveling up our engineering practices and mentoring technical leads

Requirements:

Proven experience leading managers and senior leaders driving significant impact across engineering landscape.
Strong understanding of system design and fullstack development technologies.
Experience mentoring and supporting peers and engineering teams, fostering quality engineering practices.
Deep understanding of how to translate product and business goals into technology strategies as well as outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly adapt your communication style to groups with heterogenous technical backgrounds.
Passion for fullstack webbased product development and a natural affinity towards datadriven product design.
First experience with Cloud Infrastructure
AWS, GCP or Azure
Handson mentality when it comes to handling architectures on JavaScript Frameworks preferably React and Node
