IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für verschiedene Beschaffungsaktivitäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld für Investitionsgüter, IT-Equipment, Arbeitsbekleidung, Betriebsmittel, Personaldienstleistungen sowie Dienstleistungen rund um das Facility-Management und unseren Fuhrpark
  • Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zu unseren Lieferanten und den anderen Fachabteilungen am Standort
  • Dabei führen Sie den Beschaffungsprozess unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien durch
  • Sie fordern und fördern die Ihnen zugeordneten Beschäftigten
  • Sie entwickeln bestehende und akquirieren neue Lieferanten
  • Sie managen und verwalten Verträge, führen Vertrags
- und Preisverhandlungen durch und haben stets die Optimierung unserer Vertragslandschaft zum Ziel


IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf
- und Materialwesen

  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit (mindestens 12 Jahre)
  • Sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Offenes Auftreten und Begeisterungsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise, Belastbarkeit, Engagement und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähigkeit
