We are looking for a dedicated Solution Sales Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities, provide customized solutions to our clients, and contribute to our growth targets.

Your key responsibilities:


  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to complete customer projects across all industries, focusing on increasing sales via new customer acquisition and crossselling within the customer base.
  • Drive revenue and sales growth in line with agreed targets, managing progress through accurate and regular reporting and forecasting.
  • Ensure the optimal presence of D&B products and services within complex customer structures, maintaining a robust opportunity funnel.
  • Prepare customer requirements analysis and design and execute business reviews.
  • Advocate internally for customers to maximize their added value and contribute to product and solution improvements.
  • Manage the customer journey by recommending suitable D&B products and solutions, acting as the first point of contact for strategic questions regarding products and services.
  • Develop industry/companyspecific success strategies and action plans in collaboration with relationship management teams (joint Account Planning).

Your experience:


  • University degree or equivalent with a technical affinity and a numbersdriven background.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in complex buying units with several years of experience demonstrating consistent individual overachievement and revenue management.
  • Strong leadership in sales conversations, motivational skills, and a confident, presentable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Practical experience in implementing modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with "C" and "C1" level communication experience. Welldeveloped ability to identify opportunities and achieve success in crossselling and new customer sales.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic and resultsoriented environment.
  • Sound understanding of customer processes (Risk Management, Compliance, Supply) and relevant customer offerings within the respective area of expertise, as well as deep knowledge of relevant industries and markets.
  • Experience in designing and delivering workshops, live demos, and training sessions.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant tools and processes (including databases and systems) in information services with business information and risk data.
  • Proficient in industryspecific, userrelated MS Office and IT skills, with businessfluent English and German language skills.
