Your Tasks:
For us, our customers and their satisfaction are the focus of our work. The Customer Research Management Team measures and analyzes the customer satisfaction of all IONOS customers worldwide.

From these analyses, we derive projects together with departments from the entire company to increase customer satisfaction and thus contribute significantly to the company's success.

After your initial training, you will support our Customer Experience Managers in the detailed evaluation of customer feedback and the implementation of the derived measures.

In doing so, you will have the opportunity to participate in varied projects.

Together with the Customer Research Management Team, you will conduct analyses on customer satisfaction.
You will support our team in the comprehensive customer journey analysis of pain points of our more than 3 million IONOS customers.
By conducting internal test purchases, you will map the touchpoints in the customer journey and derive optimization measures.
Furthermore, you will support us in conducting competitive analyses of our international competitors.
You will work on projects in our team and take on your own tasks once you have been trained.

We Appreciate:
You are studying business administration, economics, (business) informatics, humanities/social sciences, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study.

You have an analytical mindset and basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
You have already gained some experience in project management.
You have a very good command of German and English as well as excellent communication skills.
You work reliably, carefully, independently and goaloriented.
You like to take responsibility and show initiative.
You have the ability to work efficiently and pay attention to a high quality of work.
In addition, you are a team player and bring very good interpersonal skills.
