    Service Coordinator Manager - Generators

    Location: Berlin

    Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 plus Car & Bonus

    Role – Service Coordinator Manager – Generators:

    This is an exciting new opportunity to join a leading global manufacturer of Power Systems Generators.

    As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive a first class service and support for their generator equipment. You will be responsible for coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and managing schedules to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

    Key responsibilities of the Service Coordinator position include:

    • Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing service requests and inquiries with the utmost professionalism and responsiveness.
    • Work closely with our team of technicians to schedule service visits, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely resolution of client issues.
    • Track and maintain records of service activities, including work orders, parts used, and customer feedback.
    • Continuously evaluate service processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to management.

    Candidate Requirements - Service Coordinator Manager – Generators:

    • Experience in a service-oriented role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and support.
    • Experience of Power/Generators or a related industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other service management software systems
    • Fluency in German and English
    • Based in Berlin
