Why VMRay

VMRay's Finance team drives business growth through strategic, financial and operational leadership across our two entities in Germany and the US.

We are looking for a self-driven and talented Accountant (M/F/D) that can support us in diverse topics such as financial operations, accounting, audit and tax compliance.

Your Responsibilities

Handling of accounting processes of the parent company in Germany and subsidiary in the US
Accounting tasks include accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing journal entries, petty cash booking and payments to vendors and employees
You will take an active part in the preparation of monthend financial reports for the management
Supporting the management with compliance of statutory audits and tax returns
Support in operational issues and communication with external consultants on an international level
We are also looking forward to your involvement in the optimization of internal as well as external processes

Our Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent financial training certificate
You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an accountant in an international environment
IT industry experience preferred
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
You have a high degree of commitment and conscientiousness
You have a structured, independent way of working and a detailed style of work
You are able to cooperate and work in a team in a dynamic environment
Fluent German and English skills (written and oral)
