YOUR TEAM:
Within our interdisciplinary team "Engineering Cross Functions" we focus on maintaining and refining existing on-premise and cloud backend solutions, alongside implementing new and innovative functions and services.
With a primary goal of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction, our operations model thrives on a DevOps / System of Systems culture.
Team "Quality and Processes" builds the foundation for excellence and acts as the interface to many stakeholders.
The team enables the operation of the Digital Car Services by designing operation processes and supporting the organization in implementation.
We are looking for self-motivated, self-reliant, and flexible new colleagues who possess a pioneering spirit and innovative mindset to become a part of our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage ITSM process design, adaption, and implementation by engaging with multiple stakeholders in the light of agility and SAFe/DevOps
- Operate in crossfunctional teams and contribute to company wide implementation of our corporate processmodel
- Support the software development and customer support actively
- Define, implement and control quality related measurements
- Manage projects in the context of process management and quality
- Be responsible for managing service providers and service reporting
WHO YOU ARE:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable education
- Knowhow and several years of experience in process management, ITIL/ITSM (IT service management) framework and related tools and the area of IT Operations and software development
- Experienced with SAFe/SCRUM and related tools i.e. Jira/Confluence
- You are analytical, pragmatic and you can focus on partial results without losing the overall goal
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
