- Sharing your experience with the PhD Students in a one-day workshop on "Writing on conflicts and enmity"
- Holding an internal colloquium on your topic or on the interface between journalism and research
- Participating in all academic events of the RTG
- You are a journalist working in local or national media with many years of experience
- You regularly cover political / international conflicts and / or wars
- You have a strong desire to immerse yourself in your chosen project in dialogue with the researchers at the RTG
- An inspiring interdisciplinary environment
- Office space and access to the physical and virtual research environment of Heidelberg University
- A fee contract totaling €5,000 per month
