As a
Senior / Staff CAPA Specialist (M/F/d) at Stryker, you'll be integral to our Quality Management System (QMS) team, ensuring that our NC/CAPA processes and procedures are not only compliant but also optimized for effectiveness and efficiency in addressing quality issues.

What will you do

As a Senior / Staff CAPA Specialist (M/F/d) you will be responsible for review and approval of NC and CAPAs, with attention to detail, review for completeness, accuracy, effectivity and timeliness.
You will liaise with relevant functional groups, facilitate and guide teams through all stages of the NC / CAPA process.
You will be ensuring users provide the necessary rigor to the eCAPA system content including maintaining a live document with all relevant evidence attached, in a timely manner.
You will participate in crossplant and corporate project teams in areas of NC & CAPA.
You will be participating in internal and external audits to represent and defend the NC & CAPA process.

What will you need

You have completed BS in Engineering, Science, or related degree; MS is preferred. OR you have a Technician/Meister degree with minimum 4 years of experience in a quality discipline.
You have gained 2+ years' experience in medical technology or another regulated sector in the area of quality systems, engineering or equivalent.
You have experience in interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.).
You have strong interpersonal skills and exhibit analytical thinking skills, as well as you have ability to work independently.
Your English and German language skills enable you to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders on a global basis as well in the local office.

Additional information
Thanks to our flexible working hours model, you will have the opportunity to work partially from the home office.

However, a regular presence of 3 days a week on site at our location in Freiburg should be always given to build sustainable relationships and maintain personal contact with colleagues as well as the departments.
