    Looking to make the next step in your Talent Acquisition career across the professional services space in Frankfurt?

    I'm supporting a leading international Law firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their ranks in Frankfurt. The role would be responsible for their business services functions, reporting directly into the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and working alongside the legal recruitment team – on classical recruitment as well as conceptual topics and employer branding.

    Talent Acquisition Partner – Frankfurt (m/f/d)

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement innovative and specific sourcing strategies, including the conception and implementation of various employer branding measures.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, through active sourcing, to the selection and hiring of qualified candidates while deisgining and providing an ideal candidate journey experience.
    • Advise teams and partners on all recruitment topics, effectively managing stakeholders and external agencies.
    • Contribute to diverse project work across talent acquisition topics.

    Your Profile:

    • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or comparable.
    • Several years of professional recruitment experience, especially in active sourcing and employer branding, ideally in a law firm or the professional services space.
    • You have an independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working as well as a high level of initiative and commitment.
    • Excellent German and English skills, written and oral communication.
